I help new doulas in North Carolina gain business and doula care skills and say goodbye to not being 100% confident in their abilities. I mentor and teach doulas so that they can become the doula they feel called to be.

I have been teaching reproductive health and sexual health for 20 years, am a university professor in Public Health Education, and actively work as a doula serving families in North Carolina. You will get the most comprehensive and evidence-based information when you train with me.
